Some of the activities of Club:-Every Day Two Session of one hour each.
Monday classes, Chair Yoga & Dance Style fitness session. Tuesday Floor Yoga & Fitness Classes , Wednesday -Zumba & Floor yoga Session, Thursday Fitness & Bollywood Style dance classes, Friday one hour each session of Yoga & Zumba dance. On 1 st Wednesday of the month – Coffee meet, 2nd Wednesday- Birthday celebrations , 3rd Wednesday- Workshops or Presentations on topics relevant to Seniors and last Friday of the month Bingo/movie or Karaoke session with light refreshments or Snacks.
